How it works
Can I pull lists with DataSkip?
Yes. Pull targeted property and owner lists directly from the platform, then skip-trace them in the same flow.
What data is returned?
Owner first, middle, last, and full name, the property address (street, city, state, ZIP), the mailing address when it differs from the property, up to 10 mobile phones, up to 9 landlines, and up to 28 email addresses.
What hit rate should I expect?
Typical lists see a 98.9% hit rate. You're only charged for records that return a hit.
Submitting
What file format do you accept?
Excel (.xlsx) or CSV in, CSV out. Results come back as a clean, organized file.
How big can my list be?
Up to 250,000 records per skip trace. Upload one file and the whole list processes in a single run.
Is there a minimum order?
No, there is no minimum order. Run as few or as many records as you need.
Transactions & other
How much does skip tracing cost?
4¢ per hit from the dashboard or the developer API. Misses are always free and there is no minimum order.
How much does buying data cost?
10¢ per record on small orders, stepping down to 5¢ per record at high volume.
What's your refund policy?
Because you only pay for hits, all sales are final. Loaded balances are not refunded.
Do you offer single skips?
Yes. There is no minimum order, so you can run a single skip from the dashboard or through the skip tracing API. On the $9.99/month membership, your first 100 skips every day are free.
